Weekly Message from the Principal

Good afternoon Zuni Families,

Most of the snow has melted, but now we have lots of ice. Please remind your child to stay off the ice and to leave snow and ice on the ground so we can keep everyone safe.

Today was the 100th day of school! We are over halfway through this school year. It was great to see so many of our little senior citizens today.  

Tuesday, February 3rd from 6-7:30 will be Sandia Labs Family Science Night in the Zuni Cafeteria. Pizza and salad will be served. Come explore fun science experiments! And engage in problem solving with your families!

Thursday, February 5th is Spring Picture Day! Get those smiles and outfits ready! Individual and Class pictures will be taken on this day.

Friday, February 6th is our Super Bowl Lunch day. Keep an eye open for a letter from the cafeteria to purchase lunches and the schedule for that day. We look forward to having you here.  Students and families should show their team spirit and wear your team jerseys/spiritwear on that day.

Tuesday, February 10th from 6-8 pm is Zuni Family Explora Night at Explora! Come and experience all there is at Explora. Always one of the best nights of the year! Please return your family RSVP slips so we can give them a count for ordering pizza.
